Honmat1000R Non-Intumescent Mat (RCF) is made of new generation of modified refractory ceramic fiber, with very low organic binder content. It can provide the long-term stable and reliable physical holding force to various of monolith.
Honmat1000R meet the emission control requirements of a variety of vehicles and provide nice holding force from low temperature to high temperature (1050°C) as well as excellent erosion performance and aging properties. Non-intumescent polycrystalline fibers deliver added durability and help prevent mat erosion for designs incorporating a range of monolith types, including those requiring ultra-thin walls.
Honmat1000R is easy to wrap, is easy for canning, no matter stuff mounting, tourniquet mounting or other mounting methods. It is capable to be used in different catalytic converters including the exhaust system of gasoline, diesel (SCR/DPF/DOC/ASC) and natural gas applications.
