DPF, especially SiC DPF from Honmat China, are recognized and accepted by more and more customers for its reliable performance. They are used on Diesel particulate traps are devices to physically capture diesel particulates to prevent their release to the atmosphere popularly. Compared with cordierite, SiC DPF has better heat resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity, the mechanical strength is also improved significantly. Furthermore, for SiC DPF, the temperature fields distribute more evenly in the filter, and the maximum temperature inside filter is much lower than that of cordierite DPF, which can ensure good regeneration performance, so SiC DPF has a better market prospect.
